If you have received a Shut Off notice or if your account has been disconnected for non-payment you will need to call our office at 541-774-2430 to verify your payment.  If you do not notify the office your account may still be subject to disconnection.

Locating your Customer and Account Number

Starting with your July 2013 Billing you will have two account numbers.  The first is your Customer Number, this 8 digit number is linked to you the customer.  The second number is the Service Account, This is used to identify the property where the Water Service is provided.

You can locate your account numbers on the upper right side of the bill. 

In the example above the Customer Number would be: 12345678 and the Service Account would be 1234567.
